# RECIPE # for very tasty Mexican Frijoles

Voted as "Tasty" by my excellent Mexican friend Carlos

     What you need:

2 cans of Pinto Beans or Bortolli Beans ( to be honest I've never heard of or see a can of Bortolli Beans in my entire life so don't worry too much if you can't find those )

1 Can of Red Kidney Beans
                     1 Large Onion
1 Pack of Bacon    ( depending how much you like Bacon )  :))
                     Some Salsa Sauce
Salt and Pepper      ( to taste )

A blender is really useful if you have one.  Otherwise you need to mash the beans to a pulp.

                           Preparation:

Fry the bacon and onion until browned.  Then remove and put into the blender.  Add a can of beans,  any is OK as the whole lot needs to be blended.  Blend the lot and then add back to the frying pan.  At this stage the frying pan will look like it just has a load of gunk or if you want to think really disgustingly then it will look like a huge turd  :)), but incredibly runny!!   Please ignore that part if you are squeamish  :))

OK,  turn up the heat and fry the hell out of it for a few minutes and then turn the heat down just a tad so that it's bubbling manically.  At this stage the bubbles will splatter out of the pan so be careful not to have the heat too high so that you don't make a mess around your lovely kitchen or cooking area  :)

Make sure it's stirred now and then.  The end result you are looking for is when the beans have become rather dryish and most of the moisture has evaporated.  The beans should kind of slide around in the pan.  When this happens the Frijole are ready to be scoffed!  : ))

Enjoy with the sauce that you have had in the fridge, some good quality nachos and of course a party with loads of fine mates, chicks and music!!  :))
