# A Great Recipe # ... stuff for stuffing

'Tis the season for good cooking!!  Roasts galore,  and the blending of flavors.

Here is a little recipe to help develop the aroma of the chicken you cook,  or even use it when you cook up a roast pork.

Of course, recipes are a good guideline so if you want to mess around and add this and that for your extra flavor ... don't be afraid ...try!!  This stuffing recipe is 100% developed by your's truely  :))  hope it's ok!!

       What you need:   Prunes
                                  Shitake Mushrooms
                                  1 Onion
                                  Bread Crumbs
Salt & Pepper & Sage ( I used dry Sage, no worries )

What you do:   As this Stuffing is going into a chicken it needs to be cut up small.
Slice n' dice the mushrooms, prunes and onion - put in mixing bowl
                              Add spices to your liking
Add bread crumbs and mix in until mixture is not too dry

... then you stuff ya chook!! ... chook is Aussie for chicken :)

side note, it might seem a bit dry but when roasting the chicken I add enough water and a little white wine in the tray to compensate for the moisture content.  the stuffing absorbs the moisture while roasting ... very yum  :)

                                                                          CHEERS  :)
